I'm so glad i checked this store for the vitamin/ supplement that my husband needed at that time. The attendant was so friendly and helpful, HE know exactly where and what i was looking for. Hopefully they can get recommendations from clinics and hospitals so that they can carry alot of variety of supplements from suppliers. It's just really hard to get online stuff nowadays, worst if you get scammed or clicked on a fly by night website. Definitely recommend this location (Illinois Rd, Fort Wayne)

Mark at The Vitamin Shoppe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had allergy issues around my eyes for almost a week, so he recommended Silver Gel. The redness and itching was completely gone the next day. I’m very appreciative for his help. Thanks Mark!

I’ve been coming to The Vitamin Shoppe for years, and every time I visit, the customer service is amazing. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave satisfied. I highly recommend coming here if you need supplements—they often run great deals and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. If something isn’t in stock, they make it easy by offering shipping to your home or directly to the store without extra hassle. Overall, the staff is what makes this place so enjoyable. Highly recommend.

It's amazing how customer service is out the window! I called the vitamin shoppe to try to get some insight to something that I was looking for. I didn't quite understand the prices and other details about the product so I ask questions. it's amazing it's as if they would rather you come in than ask questions over the phone and they seem rather short with you because you're asking so many questions. The attitude as if I'm supposed to know everything I'm a lesser person than that person on the phone as if I'm bothering them by calling rather than going in. You know I'm not going to lose any sleep over this but I'm just kind of still shocked today about customer service and how it's so far out the window. I'm an older person and I remember a day when people were actually inviting when you're trying to look into their product rather than standoffish. I would think your customers would be number one if you're really trying to be in business. Maybe it's employees that are just there to collect a paycheck and not really care about the person that they're working for. So they would rather you just not call or come in.
